General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bd881 platform and its users. By accessing the bd881 website or mobile service, or by creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account and use the service on bd881, users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. bd881 may request any necessary documents to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, identity document, or payment method is strictly prohibited. In case of a violation, all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated, and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bd881 reserves the right to close an account and withhold funds if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If unauthorized access occurs, notify the bd881 support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Conditions

Approved payment methods on bd881 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in the funds being returned or forfeited.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount for any method is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur during identity verification or security checks.

For withdrawals, bd881 may request identity documents and proof of the source of funds. Withdrawals will remain on hold until this verification process is completed.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on bd881 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bd881's welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires a 20x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies to one account only.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before cashing out any bonus.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed after it has expired.
• bd881 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be active simultaneously will be stated in the relevant offer details.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

VIP Program & Loyalty

bd881's VIP program has 5 tiers, where users can advance to higher levels step by step based on regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP benefits apply only to active members at the relevant tier. bd881 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms or benefits at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash (except cashback).

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd881 platform:

• Any fraudulent activity, use of software bots, or automated methods.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse or colluding with others to misuse bonuses.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other players or bd881 staff.

If any of the above activities are detected, bd881 may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice, withhold funds, and take legal action if necessary.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bd881 are considered final, unless a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error. In the event of an error, bd881's decision is final. Separate rules may apply for each game or sport, and these will be detailed in the relevant section.

7.2 Cancelled or Suspended Events

If a sporting event is cancelled or suspended, the related bets will be settled in accordance with bd881's established rules. In general, the original stake is returned for cancelled events, though different rules may apply in specific circumstances.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is affected by server issues, disconnection, or any other technical reason, bd881 will investigate the matter and endeavour to provide a fair resolution. However, bd881 reserves the right to void any clearly abnormal outcome (such as an unusually large win) caused by a technical error.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 bd881's Rights

bd881 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Compliance with an order from a court or government authority.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Limitation of Liability
